All Camping Firefly products are backed by a limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials under normal use. If you encounter any issues, our hassle-free return process makes it easy to resolve.

Limited Warranty

FIREFLY is committed to delivering products of the highest quality. We provide a limited warranty to the original consumer purchaser, ensuring that FIFEFLY products are free from defects in workmanship and material during normal consumer use. This warranty is subject to the exclusions detailed below.
Our warranty represents FIREFLYs complete and exclusive obligation. We do not assume, nor authorize any person to assume on our behalf, any other liability associated with the sale of our products.

 

Warranty Period

Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.To establish the start date of the warranty period, you must provide the sales receipt from the initial consumer purchase or other reasonable documentary proof.
Please note that in the event of any damages caused by human error within the warranty period, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the replacement


Order Cancellation

Within 24 hours of ordering: Customers can contact the FIREFLY official store via email within 24 hours of placing an order on (camping firefly.com) to request order cancellation.
Please note, if you request a refund within 24 hours of ordering and before shipping, a transaction fee will be charged based on the payment channel (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users).
After order shipment: Orders cannot be canceled within 30 days.
Product Out of Stock or Address Issues: If the product is out of stock or if the address provided is incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you via email. If there is no response within 15 days, the order will be automatically canceled and refunded.


Exchange

If your FIREFLY product fails due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we'll replace it at no cost. The replacement product inherits the remaining warranty. We'll either provide a like-for-like replacement or offer a similar product with your approval. For example, you might receive a different color or model with comparable features. Please note that our warranty is limited to the original consumer purchaser.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, the fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to follow our return process. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, your refund will be approved within 1-2 days. The refund will be automatically issued through the original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and mail the refund.

Exclusions

Please note that FIREFLY 's warranty does not apply to the following:
* Products that have been misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for purposes other than normal consumer use as authorized in FIREFLY 's current product literature.
* Products that have been attempted to be repaired by anyone other than an authorized facility.
* Products purchased through an online auction house.
* Accessories and free gifts are not covered by our warranty policy.

Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy
Enjoy a 30-day risk-free trial. If you're not completely satisfied with your Camping Firefly purchase, simply return it within 30 days. We'll cover return shipping for defective items. For returns due to customer reasons, a small fee will be deducted to cover shipping costs.


Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
* It must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
* You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return

For customers in the United States, if your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept returns sent back to us without prior authorization.
